The "Sheher" bag is a tribute to the fascinating streets of Jaipur, where every turn holds a story waiting to be discovered. Inspired by the intricate city map, the design reflects Jaipur’s remarkable grid planning—nine intersecting sections that form the walled city, each brimming with history and life. From the bustling Maniharon ka Rasta, alive with the clinking of bangles, to Gheewalon ka Rasta, where the aroma of tradition lingers, and Ajaib Ghar ka Rasta, echoing with curiosity and wonder, every street has a legacy to tell.

These alleys are home to artisans who were invited to Jaipur during its creation and stayed to shape the city’s culture, passing their crafts and tales through generations. The bag captures the essence of these vibrant shopfronts, colourful people, and the evolving socio-cultural fabric of the city. It’s more than a bag—it’s a map of Jaipur’s soul, carrying the stories of its streets, ready to take you on a journey through time.

The "sheher" bag features a back pocket inspired by the Navagraha concept of nine squares. Maharaja Jai Singh had articulated his city plan based on the Shilpa Shastras having its root in the ancient Vedic mandala of nine squares or houses representing the nine planets. This principle, symbolising the nine planets, also forms the foundation of the iconic Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur, reflecting thoughtful planning and cultural harmony.
