It is natural to talk about the future when we think of the New Year, but this time as you find a place for this calendar let's take a dive into the past.

We hope as you turn through the months, we can take you through a trip down memory lane. Maazi, which translates to the 'past' is a collection of old memories as we move ahead into a more sustainable future. Whether it is the sound of children enjoying a game of cricket in the morning sun or the smells and tastes of homemade pickles, a sense of nostalgia inevitably washes over us when we talk about these memories.

But why should these be a thing of the past? Sometimes we look ahead for a solution when the answer is sitting right there in the past that we are leaving behind We hope that as you turn the pages of this calendar and watch them blossom into plants, the clay of our past helps us mold a more sustainable and inclusive future.
